📞 Phone Booth Access
We proudly host 5 SnapCab phonebooths that can be used on a first come, first serve basis. We ask that members use their discretion and do not occupy the phonebooth for longer than 60-minutes at a time.
🐶 Pet Friendly
Quiet, house-trained dogs are welcome. Service animals are always welcome. Fractal reserves the right to request your pet be removed from the premise should there be any disruption.
🫂 Guest Policy
You may have guests visit for a maximum of 2 hours. If they'd like to stay longer we ask that they purchase a day pass or a day pass can be added to your monthly invoice.

Members can purchase snacks and refreshments in the Members app.
👥 Meeting Rooms
Meeting rooms are bookable through the members app and online by the hour.

❌ Cancellation Policy
Memberships - Provide a minimum of 30-days written notice from the start of your billing period.
Active Term Private Office and Suite - Provide a minimum of 60-days written notice from the start of your billing period. If no notice is provided your membership will revert to a month-to-month agreement, requiring the same 60-day notice period. If you cancel prior to the end of your Term, as agreed on in your contract, you must continue making monthly recurring payments until the end of your commitment.
